Korean Burrito

A delicious fusion with bulgogi "meat".

Korean Burrito

Ingredients:


4 Burrito Tortillas, warmed

1 Cup Brown Rice, cooked


12 Oz. Beefless Ground

2 Tbsp. Soy or Tamari

2 Tbsp. Mirin

1 Tbsp. Sugar, brown or coconut

1 tsp. Sesame Oil

1 tsp. Chili Paste, sambal

1 Garlic Clove, minced

1" Ginger, minced

1 tsp. Sesame Seeds

Black Pepper, to taste



Other ingredients:


Avocado

Cilantro

Mint

Green Onions


Method:


Cook your beefless ground in a pan with a little oil over medium heat. Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix together soy, mirin, sugar, sesame oil, chili paste, garlic and ginger. When your protein is cooked well, add the sauce and cook for another few minutes while it thickens and coats. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and a little pepper, to taste.


To make the burrito, place avocado on a tortilla with beefless ground, brown rice, kimchi, pickled vegetables, green onion slices, and a generous amount of cilantro and mint leaves. Drizzle gochugaru sauce and wrap up your burrito. Enjoy!
