With Lemon, Garlic and Cumin.
Ingredients:
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Cans Chickpeas, reserved liquid
1/2 Cup Tahini
1/2 Cup Chickpea Liquid
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Cumin
Salt, to taste
Place garlic in a food processor and turn on. When it has stopped mincing the garlic, scrape the sides. Add the chickpeas, tahini, salt & cumin. Replace the lid and pour the water, oil and lemon through the top while processing. Process until smooth. Serve plain or with your favorite topping.
