A fantastic base recipe to have fun with.
You can add so many things to chia seed pudding! A little cocoa or matcha powder. A dash of cinnamon or pumpkin spice. Layer it with some coconut yogurt, fruit puree, pumpkin puree or jam for a parfait with fresh fruit and granola. You can eat it with coconut flakes, cacao nibs, nuts and seeds. Think chocolate peanut butter banana, coconut mango, apple cinnamon walnut or any number of combinations. Make it a healthy treat!
4 Servings
2 Cups Unsweetened Plant Based Milk
1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup (or a sweetener of choice)
2 tsp. Vanilla
pinch salt
Stir all the ingredients together. Let sit 10 minutes. Stir again.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight for best results.
